September Random

 Here are the randoms from September.  

We got our first snow and Emmy begged to go outside in it

The Nuggets were in the playoffs and Joey got to be a virtual fan several times.

Grace went to Julianna's birthday party at an indoor swim place

We celebrated Joey's birthday with his favorite pie.  

We spent a lot of time watching our beloved Nuggets kill it in the playoffs!

Grace got a new bike

Joey's softball team won first place!  

Emmy went on lots and lots of scooter rides

I took Emmy to the grocery store.  The mask wearing didn't last long.  

I got Emmy new Frozen boots that she wears every where!

I discovered a new recipe blog, and I have been making some amazing dinners!  

Fall Soccer

      Our Covid numbers have been relatively low and stable which has allowed some restrictions to be lifted.  The kids are actually able to play soccer this fall.  Dawson and Grace both love soccer so much.  Dawson and Gracie are both playing for Pride soccer this year.  Dawson's YMCA coach who is a good friend of ours, also moved over to Pride and is coaching his team this year.  The fall is such a nice time to go sit outside and watch soccer games.  The kids always have such a fun time playin and Joey and I absolutely love getting to watch and cheer them on.  It's also given us something to do on the weekends when there isn't much else to do.  Here are some pictures from various games.

Some days the kids have games back to back and we are at the field for several hours.  I have to bring lots for Emmy to do.  

Dawson only likes to play defense and I must say he is a really good defender.
