Lately

   We have been so busy lately.  One would think with school being out, we would have nothing but time but the opposite is true.  We just have so much going on as we try to pack as much fun into summer as we can.  So far we have had a lot of fun!
    Another exciting thing happening for us is that we are building a new house!!!  We are very excited for the new adventure that awaits.  Our new house should be ready this fall.  We have loved this house that we are in so much and we feel it is perfect for our family.  However, it is just not in the right area.  After three years of driving Ashlyn back and forth to school, we want to be closer to her school.  We are building right by her school so we can walk to school in the future.  The funny part is that we have loved this house so much, that we are building basically the same house just in a different area.  I am sure that we will love our new house just as much.   The building process has been fun so far, but I don't believe I have ever had to make so many decisions in my life!
     In order to buy a new house, we have to sell our current one.  We bought at the perfect time and the market it super hot here right now.  We have been spending all of our extra time getting the house ready.  Our realtor brought in a home stager and she gave us several pages of things we have to get done.  So, needless to say, Joey and I have been working day and night to get the house ready.  We are getting closer and closer and we hope to list the beginning of July.  We hope our house sells quickly and for top dollar!
