Easter Egg Hunt and Eggs

Our community center hosts a yearly Easter egg hunt.  There is a huge lawn area that they cover with eggs.  There are lots of kids that attend, so the eggs are all collected pretty quickly.  I like the way they do it because the eggs don't contain anything, and the kids trade their eggs for a treat bag at the end.  The kids always manage to get quite a few eggs and seem to have a great time in the process.

After the Easter egg hunt, it was time to dye Easter eggs.  This year my sister went overboard and bought a bunch of different egg decorating kits.  The kids had a great time experimenting with the different eggs kits.  It was messy, but always fun.
