As
Ashlyn gets older she gets more into each holiday. She has been very excited for Easter this year. She was especially excited about dyeing Easter eggs. When she saw the box of egg dye I bought, she literally started jumping up and down. She was counting down the seconds until it was time to dye eggs. Last night, we covered the table with paper, got out the hard boiled eggs, and let her go to town on them. It was a messy activity with a 3 year old, but she had fun. That's the most important part to us. This year Dawson just watched, but next year he may be getting in on the action too.

I swear Ashlyn has some of the longest eyelashes I have ever seen on a child. I just noticed how well this picture shows them off.
