Easter

   Easter 2017 was another great one!  It was our first Easter in our new house.  Even though we were in a new house, we celebrated much like we did any other year.  We went to church on Saturday night this year so our entire Easter Sunday was pretty free.  The kids put out their baskets Saturday night, and awoke bright and early on Easter to bountiful treasures from the Easter bunny.  They were all very happy with what they got.
     Once they looked through their baskets, it was off to hunt for eggs!  Like years past, the Easter bunny left a ton of eggs throughout the entire house.  Dawson and Ashlyn did a pretty good job of leaving some eggs for Gracie.  It always amazes me how quickly they can go through the entire house and pick up all the eggs. I only wish they could pick up their toys that quickly!
     This year I also hosted Easter dinner at our house.  It was a lot of work, but the food turned out amazing and it was a great way to finish our Easter celebration.  Overall, it was a very good Easter!
