Field Day

Last day of school

I know that I have not blogged in forever.  This is due mostly to me attending school this summer.  This summer has just been the busiest I think we have ever had.  I spent the first three weeks of June in school.  Those three weeks were some of the hardest I have had in a very long time.  Going to school with three kids is much different than when I got my first master's degree and had no kids.  I went to school from 9:00-4:00 and had homework and assignments to complete each night.  Throw in all the kids activities such as baseball and swimming lessons, as well as my sister's, brother's and nephew's birthdays, it was beyond chaotic.  I don't think I have ever been so tired and stressed in my life! Thankfully, I survived and school is done for this summer and it went very well.  I am told by my professors, that the hardest part of this degree is over, which is a huge relief!  I have already started tutoring my first student and it is so rewarding.  I am so excited for this degree!
I will do my best to get caught up on the blog.  I have a lot to blog about!  Here are some pictures from field day that the kids had the last day of school.  Joey and I volunteered to help with Dawson's class.  We got to follow around a group of kindergartners all morning as they tried out all sorts of different activities.  It was entertaining to say the least!  It was a great day and the perfect ending to a great school year.
