Disney Day 7

Sadly, our last full day at Disney World had arrived.  Why do Disney vacations seem to go by so quickly???  It was also my mom's birthday, so it was a very special day.  We decided we had to spend it in Magic Kingdom.  We started the day early for their 8:00 am opening.  We got there early enough to take some pictures.   We decided to head straight to Space Mountain.

While we rode Space Mountain, Gracie and Joey went on Astro Orbiters.

Then they went on Tomorrowland Speedway.

They also went on the Little Mermaid.

The girls insisted that we got in one last ride on Splash Mountain.  It was there last chance to get wet, so we went one last time.  Our last ride is always so sad.

We all then rode Pirates of the Caribbean.

The boys then had a very important appointments for the Pirates League.  The girls have gotten princess makeovers before, but the boys decided that they wanted to get makeovers too.

The boys hopped in their chairs and quickly became pirates.

Our pirate boys.  So adorable.

Jameson had the best pirate face EVER

Why the boys were getting their makeovers, we rode the Haunted Mansion and then It's a Small World.

After our rides, it was time to take the girls to their very special appointment at BBB.  They were so excited to get their makeovers.  They started by getting to pick out a special jewelry and accessory set each.

It was finally time to get in their makeover chairs.  A friend of mine gave me this adorable Ariel dress for Gracie and it was just perfect for her makeover.  She set like a perfect princess during her makeover.

Our beautiful princess Ashlyn.  She is a little grown for princess dresses, so we found her this special dress that was just perfect for the occasion.  She got so many compliments on her dress.

After makeovers, we went on some rides. We rode the teacups because we couldn't leave Disney World without a ride on the teacups.

After the teacups, it was time for some more pictures.

Tinkerbell even made a special appearance

We had a ton of snack credits left to use, so we stopped and got one last Dole Whip.  It was a lot more refreshing on a nice, warm day.

After our snack, we decided we had to ride on Dumbo.  A trip to Disney would not be complete without riding Dumbo.  I also wanted Emmy to experience it.

We saw that there was a short wait to meet Ariel, so Joey took Gracie to meet Ariel.  She loves Ariel almost as much as Ashlyn once did.  She was so excited to finally meet her.

We had Fast Passes to ride Mine Train one last time.  It's a short ride, but always a fun one!

One last stop at the Haunted Mansion.

Looks like they picked up a hitchhiker!
After we got in our last rides at Magic Kingdom, we finally got to take the monorail over to dinner.  The lines weren't bad at all, and before we knew it, we were at the Polynesian for dinner.

These kids look a little tired!

Our Disney agent was able to get us reservations for Ohana this time.  We had eaten there many trips ago.  We really liked it, but reservations are hard to come by since it is so popular.  We were so excited to eat there again and my mom was excited to go there for her birthday dinner.

The kids got strawberry daiquiris and they thought they were the neatest thing ever!

Enjoying my mai tai.  It was very strong!

The food was good, but the bread pudding at the end is amazing!

Emmy getting into the spirit

Happy girl!
Poor Grace fell asleep on the way to dinner.  She slept through the entire meal.  We couldn't wake her up for anything.  She finally woke up as we were leaving.  She still got a special dessert.

After dinner, it was back on the monorail to head back to Epcot.  My mom really wanted to watch the fireworks one last time for her birthday.  The birthday girl gets what the birthday girl wants!

When we got to Epcot, we decided to take some nighttime group shots.  They turned out pretty nice.

We used this picture for our Christmas card as it was a miracle all six of us managed to look at the camera!

The whole Disney crew.   Another miracle happened that all 13 of us are looking at the camera.

It was pretty busy in Epcot being that it was a Friday night.  We decided to head to Nemo and catch a ride and look around at the aquarium.

Gracie was so happy she found Nemo!!!
After Nemo fun, Joey took the little girls back to the room.  The rest of stayed to watch the fireworks.  We got a premium viewing spot right on the water.  They were incredible as always.  We were all happy to get to see the fireworks one last time.  After the show, we made the very short walk back to our hotel.  We were all very tired from a day jam packed with fun.  We also had to do some packing to head home the next day.
