After a pretty decent night of sleep, the kids were up bright and early ready to go see what Santa left. We always make them wait until everyone is up and they are all ready to go. When we give the them word, they are like a herd of elephants running to the presents. This year Santa spoiled the kids like he always does. Emmy got a food truck, Gracie got a school play set, Jameson got a Hot Wheels race track, Dawson got a huge Thanos hand, Ella got Airpods, and Ashlyn got Birkenstocks. They were all very happy with their gifts!!! The kids went through their stockings next. We paused for a bit to eat breakfast. After breakfast, the kids were dying to open the rest of their presents. After they opened all of their presents, they all went off to play with their new gifts. The adults then opened their gifts. After presents, we worked on making our Christmas Day dinner. The food was great and we all were very full afterwards! After dinner and dessert, we packed up the kids and the car and headed back to our house for round two of presents.
