Jameson's Birthday

     Last year, we celebrated Jameson's birthday at Water World and decided we needed to celebrate his birthday every year there.  It was so much fun!  Well, thanks to lovely Covid, Water World is not opening this season.  My sister decided to take advantage of his summer birthday and rented a giant waterslide.  He invited a few friends over, and the kids had an absolute blast with the water slide.  They all must have gone down it hundreds of time.  They never got sick of it.  It might not have been Water World, but I think he still had a great birthday.  Fingers crossed we can celebrate at Water World next year!

Birthdays

   We have a lot of birthdays in June!  It's a crazy month for us.  My brother's birthday is the 15th, Katy's, my Grandma's, Owen's, and Blaine's birthdays are all on the 17th, Jameson's birthday is the 19th, and Jane's birthday is the 21st.  That is a lot of birthdays in one week!  As much as I love cake, I am even a little burnt out by the end of the week. Meh who am I kidding?  I will never turn down cake!

Slip n Slide

  Summer is in full swing, and the kids are loving it! We got out the slip in slide one day, and they had a blast with it.  Love seeing them outside being active. 

The DeLorme's Visit

  Despite everything going on in this crazy world, the DeLorme's still decided to come out for a visit.  We were very worried that they may not be able to come out this summer.  They ultimately decided to come to Colorado and we were so excited!  Since not much was open, we spent a lot of time just hanging out at our house.  They recently opened a new park in our neighborhood, so we had a great time exploring that.  The kids love their cousins so much and always have such a good time with them.  They only stayed two days, but we will be seeing them soon for a weekend at the cabin.
