I have not blogged in months, and it is mostly due to our new house. Moving out of our old house was such a big undertaking. Joey and I worked practically 24/7 to get our move done. We were very lucky in that our old house went under contract in less than three weeks. The buyer's were super easy to work with and we got the amount we were hoping to get.
We closed September 19th on our old house, and our new house won't be ready until around November 1st. So, in the mean time, my parents have been gracious enough to let us live with them. They are so nice to let five people invade their house. The kids are loving living at their grandparent's house and spending lots of time with gram and papa. As wonderful as it has been to be at my parent's house, we can't wait to move into our new house!
Our house is getting close to being done. It is right behind the kids' school, so we get to drive by and see the progress almost daily. In fact, the house has come a lot further than when these pictures were taken. Here are some pictures of the house along the way. It has been so much fun to watch it go from an empty piece of land to our dream home. I will post pictures of the house when it is done.
